i watched a slideshow in character education about the crisis in africa. i nearly cried. it was so painful. i know i'm just being over-emotional, but to see a child in the process of dying, being watched by a vulture so that it can pick at his flesh once he dies is really emotionally stirring. it does hurt to see the conditions they live in, conditions that we could never understand. i realise why the journalist who took the pictures ended up comitting suicide. it was just too much.
moving on from that grave and oh so real matter, we had a perfects forum today. about discipline. yay. how fun. i think we were really giving the discipline board a hard time. we were just taking out all our frustration with the school rules out on them. but i really don't understand how you can get booked just for having a gold ring about 0.5 cm long and 0.2 cm wide holding your PLAIN SOLID COLOUR white rubber band together O_O it just doesn't make sense! weird. the most common words spoken were: uniformity, you are not allowed to because, we'll look into it, this has to be approved by higher authority. no offence to anyone but i really don't think they'll look into it. i mean, they took 1 and a half years JUST TO INSTALL ONE VENDING MACHINE? -.- that is just plain strange. oh well.
i'm pretty tired of alot of things. hmmm. maybe it's an emo day for me? i think so. i mean. how can you just expect that if you treat me like crap i'll just forgive you? if i happened once or twice i would totally let it slide. and i have. i have for almost one and a half years. did you ever think of getting off your high horse and just apologising for taking people for granted or walking all over them? no. i don't think so. you could be so nice. why can't you?
anyway, on a lighter side, i'm a total noob at writing melodies at writing chinese songs. HAHAHA. but i have to push on. i have to get this done. for the sake of my team. so i'm gonna be sitting in front of my keyboard like a spazz with my guitar on my lap for the next 2 hours which is gonna be until 12 midnight O_O oh well. LET'S GET THIS DONE YO :D
