Message from the Band
Today is probably the worst day ever. Its with our deepest regrets that we have to write this. Casey Calvert passed away in his sleep last night. We found out this afternoon before sound-check. We've spent the entire day trying to come to grips with this and figure out as much as possible. At this time we're not sure what exactly happened. Just last night he was joking around with everyone before he went to bed. We can say with absolute certainty that he was not doing anything illegal. Please, out of respect to Casey and his family, don't contribute or succumb to any gossip you may hear. We don't want his memory to be tainted in the least. Casey was our best friend. He was quirky and awesome and there will truly be no others like him! His loss is unexplainable. As soon as we know more we will let you know.

please be strong guys. i know casey would have wanted it that way. it's amazing how ONE THING can bring to you the harsh reality of things. how fragile a life is. how you should treasure every person you'll ever meet or how every moment you get with a loved one will never come back. you have to treasure today. treasure every one around you. be respectful and be thoughtful. every single mintue you waste is a minute you'll never get back. with that, all i can say is. REST IN PEACE CASEY. YOU ARE LOVED AND WILL BE FOREVERMORE. and deepest condolences to his family and the band and every one who he meant something to (which should be EVERYONE). you are missed. i wish hawthorne heights all the best. they'll get through this. i have faith. goodness. this is kinda strange. i'm currently in 3 bands. wow. 3 bands want an amateur guitarist. wow. haha. weird. anyway, my band (well, the one i co-founded, aka. the car crash hearts), is not moving. rukaya's band, the one she invited me to join is not moving. "substance" (for now) is actually doing some work, and i was invited to join it. this is hard. i mean. i can be in all 3. but, where is my material gonna be going? i suppose it could go to the car crash hearts. but then. we're not gonna move anywhere. i think. i suppose i could give it to "substance" but like. i suppose i could write more. it's vexing. i shall give my first song to substance then. i still have riffs reserved for the car crashed hearts. yeap. and i hope rukaya's band's moving. i dunno. priorities change. it's tough. could someone advise me? ): hmmmm. okay. nevermind me haha. lame nonsense :P

LIME SONIC BAAANNNNNNNNNNNNGGGGG!
lime sonic bang. it was pretty good but WHY THE HECK DID IT HAVE TO BE IN SENTOSA? darn :/ sad. oh well, no one has to know of my current situation. i'm just sad due to some unforeseen circumstances as well as my irresponsible actions. anyway, me and monica managed to meet saw loser! (again) but i finally managed to get my picture with jimmy tuppen and his cool hat :D that's all i wanted. waited 7 hours just for that picture and i hope you know that JIMMY ): rawrrrrrrrr. anyways, jimmy was really nice because we couldn't stay to watch their act cos' the schedule was delayed by an hour O_O he broke the rules for us! they weren't allowed to come out but jimmy asked the guys and they came out one by one for pictures :D yay! JIMMY ROCKS :D and sam didn't remember us -.- and monica didn't get to ask sam to cut her out HAHA. the guys were really nice about the whole thing. masashi even came out from behind the bars to take pics with us ;D and we got a picture with by definition too! THE STALKthis week, i've been stalking _____! and. after 5 days, we didn't find them. firstly, i would like to thank my stalking buddies :D huiying and monica! and wanqi for one day (: you people. ROCK. huiying! thanks for being there and being smart even though you're not really stalking but just waiting to see monica's spazzing face haha. and monica thanks for being a _____fan! you were SOOOOOOOO HELPFUL :D it rocks! we should go stalking more :P and wanqi thanks for coming with us on wednesday! you rock for sticking to it! i can't believe i spent 5 whole days stalking them lorh :O i feel so tired. and ends up, they flew off friday morning and we didn't even get to see them at the airport. ALL I WANTED WAS A DARN PICTURE WITH THEM!!! darn :/ TWITS. anyway, i felt really disappointed. but now i know, NEVER TRUST _____'S MATH (don't ask), and excelsior is a great place to go shopping :D guitars! and i learnt that. _____ is a random person, _____ is a tourist-y person and _____, _____ and _____ disappeard off the face of singapore O_O hahaha. i thank you guys for being there for me even when i was crying from frustration, being pissed and tired, or just plain being a TWIT. thank you to huiying for only telling me about them flying off after the class chalet so as to not ruin my fun, thanks to monica for comforting me and thanks to wanqi for trying her best to make me smile (': ily guys. you rock. at least we had a bonding experience :D :D :DTHE CHALETthe chalet was kinda ridiculous. i mean the planning was messy and i went home with lecin and sadrina. THEIR GHOST STORIES FREAKED ME OUT. i only got back at 11:50pm and it was so haunting. actually, after sadrina left i felt better HAHA. i was more comfortable alone then with her creepy stories O_O hahaha. anyway, we ended up giving our chalet to the ladies next door cos' no one's parents wanted them to stay over. IT WAS SUCH A WASTE. and i felt really guilty because everyone wanted to go to the chalet. and ended up paying $7 each and not stay over :/ i'm so sorry one se! ): it was still good bonding though i think. CAPTAIN'S BALL! fun. for like. 10 minutes. hahaha! but we managed to sort things out. and thank you chloe, lecin and jiaying for putting so much hard work into working the grill! and narisha for all the games, aisyah and rachel ang for making an effort to plan, EVERYONE who showed up cos' they showed up and basically everyone who contributed, be it - keeping the class under control, filling waterballoons, or just plain being a part of one se. THE DAY I MET SAW LOSER.
omg. i met saw loser. at holland v today. omg. i talked to them. for like. 30 minutes. HAHAHA OMG :D i feel high. saw loser rocks. me and monica went for their holland v gig today at wala wala cafe/bar, then we couldn't get in because we were under 18! so i got pissed. then we waited for a while and we tried to get in by the back and everything. then we went to subway to make a plan. after that, we headed back and guess who we found? JIMMY TUPPEN. oh yeah! then monica refused to go. so they went up. and i was like. WHAT THE HECK?! so then, the crew was still there, so i managed to get one of the crew to get my tie signed. just when he said he could, ALONG COMES JIMMY and he was like. okay i'll type out the conversation.jimmy oh sure i'll sign your tie.me okay thanks!jimmy hey this is a totally cool tie. i would totally wear it man.me haha thanks so much.jimmy well you are VERY welcome.i was like. SWOONS AT HIS FACE. i touched his hand man. and guess what. the tie cost two bucks. haha. but it's a very nice tie luh (: so then, we decided to loiter for a while. cos' i was like: LET'S WAIT HERE. I DON'T CARE! haha. then, after a while, sam came out and he was drinking beer. so i told monica. i was like: let's go talk to sam! so we went over. and said. hi. next conversation!sam hey you guys came here to see the gig?me yeah. but we're underage so we can't go in. the people were like. are you eighteen? so we couldn't get in.sam oh i'm so sorry. i didn't know they had an age limit.me yeah. and we came all this way too ):sam yeah i'm so sorry about that. tell you what. we're gonna put you in the next season of backstage blowout. could you hold on? i'll go get a camera. and we'll put it on our website. like the first episode of the second season of backstage blowout. me and monica OMG COOL! *as sam runs off to go get a camera*sam *gets back* hey so can you do us a HUGE favour? i want you do something really upbeat like "WE LOVE SAW LOSER!" and then do something like really serious like why you like our band. can you do that? i mean, you don't have to say yes but yeah. *masashi walks in*me and monica no seriously it's okay. we'll do it.me we can do the GRRRRRRR thing with the rock sign.sam like yeah totally that would rock!me *as the camera rolls* okay i like saw loser because the guys are just talented. *sam thanks me* you hardly find a local band who actually has decent music and the guys rock at what they do. they are as good as any international band out there. seriously, they rock.monica the lyrics are good. and the songs are just really really good.sam hey thanks guys.then, we talked about their music. and during the filming, masashi was like. doing crap behind us. HAHA. they asked us if we were going to lime sonic bang and asked what songs we wanted to hear and everything. then, after like. forever, we got pics with sam and masashi, theh this is what sam told us:sam okay so if you guys. you guys are on our myspace obviously. so if you guys put these pictures as your display picture and like say hi to us or whatever. we'll put you on our list of top friends. i think our top friends need editing anyway.me and monica okay, awesome!so then he went off to talk to the guys on the record label and everything. i know alot of people are going up to tell me it's so unfair. but the gig was posted on their myspace, and if you guys bothered to check you could've gone :/ but anyway, we were the only two saw loser fans there. WENT OUT YO :D
haha i went out today with huiying, monica and monica's friend, sijin! michelle couldn't make it. i hope her neck gets better soon :D huiying and i went to citylink earlier then met up with monica then sijin, so we went into HMV. i was looking for viva la cobra, WHICH WAS NOT OUT ): so anyway, guess what i found. A MCFLY OFFICIAL 2008 CALENDAR! so i bought it on the spot. i didn't even have to think. LOVE THOSE GUYS :D and now i have the wonderful calendar in my room. gonna put it up soon. then i found wonderland for like $23. and i was like: I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR THAT ALBUM FOR ONE AND A HALF YEARS AND ONLY NOW IT APPEARS? why me? and then i didn't have enough money for it :/ so i'm gonna get my mum to get or something haha which probably will not happen. sad. anyway, we went to new york new york in citylink for lunch (: pretty good. gosh i didn't think i would get a whole half chicken. it was scary. and monica needs chicken-cutting lessons haha :D and then we went to suntec and browsed around. then we went to watch stardust! i give the movie. 4.5 stars. it's really pretty good. i mean. it's a thriller for one. even though when they were trying to have "moments" me and monica made obscure references and ended up laughing. HAHA. but it's a pretty good movie. quite a bit of dying in it, but very interesting ways of dying. yeah haha. it's a good movie. GO WATCH IT MAN :D STARDUST! whoooots~

3NGLES MEETING :D
wheee went to big o to meet up with the 3ngle team today! lugged my guitar through orchard :/ but it was fun. but like. greg came late. then charmaine hardly ate anything. and then her and mel got chicken wings. AND THEY WERE SCARILY BAD ): funny funny things happened. we went off to far east to get neos. and then. mel told her mum and dad she was at big o having dessert. the neo print place was closed and we spent FOREVER looking for it. then in the end. we rushed back to big o. and then mel's parents beat us there. ended up, they were like: were did you sneak off to. after charm was like: oh we were waiting for you in the toilet. it was too late haha. and i was like "OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOH BUSTED." AND HER MUM WAS LAUGHING. haha. embarassing and then i was like "sorry i couldn't resist." and now, on my list of things to get, top priority, A NEW HOODIE. haha i went as pete wentz apparently i was pretty convincing. if you're wondering why i went as pete wentz, we were doing this post-halloween thing for the meeting haha. AND THEN I PUT ON MY HAT. and mel said i looked just like patrick. cool now i look like half of fall out boy :D haha okay that's not cool. it's just. WEIRD. and mel came as jessica simpson. after almost coming as ashlee simpson. boy that would have been awkward :O and charm came as a witch! haha her fluffy pink witch hat. and greg came as an emo. but totally not emo enough. and yilin, being the sane one. came as she was. haha FUN :D must have more meetings man. this time yilin had to rush off, mel had to go and charm had to go too :/ oh well, GET ANOTHER MEETING!
